A Timmins resident is facing charges following an alleged altercation with another individual.
On January 16, police responded to a report of an assault against a 33 year-old victim. Information received by police indicated that the suspect is alleged to have struck the victim during the course of a verbal altercation. The victim received injuries which required medical treatment.
During the course of the investigation, police also learned the accused was bound by a probation order, which included a condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
As a result of the incident and subsequent investigation, Bryan TOMAGATICK, 25, of Timmins faces charges of:
- Assault causing bodily harm
- Breach of Probation
Tomagatick was held in custody pending a bail hearing scheduled for today, January 17, 2018 in the Ontario Court of Justice.
