A traffic stop was initiated by the Timmins Police officer where obvious signs of impairment were noted.

The driver was interviewed by the officer and based on independent observations, the driver of the vehicle was arrested and taken to the Timmins Police station to complete Drug Recognition Expert testing procedures.
