The Timmins Police Service is actively recruiting for prospective applicants for the position of Constable / Special Constable and other support staff positions. This task falls on the shoulder of each and every Timmins Police employee, regardless of rank achieved or position held.
In keeping with that, Chief Foy attended Northern College earlier today along with Staff/Sergeant Fortin and Constable Colbey to extend a welcome to the new Police Foundations Program students.
Each officer was allowed to greet the students and provide them with solid career path advice and expand on the benefits of pursuing a career in law enforcement
